Remaining balance must be paid at the time of appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled ONLY ONCE with at least a 48 hour notice. Appointments reschedule more than once will result in the forfeiture of your initial deposit. A new deposit will be required to confirm your new appointment.

Are there any medical conditions that would interfere with consideration for an eyebrow treatment?
No pregnancy/breastfeeding, no medication outside of vitamins and/or birth control pills, tendency to keloid, diabetes, serious disease such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, circulatory and bleeding disorders, blood thinners or retinoids, skin irritation in service area, sunburns, waxing (must wait three days), botox, and existing semi-permanent makeup.
Late Policy
Clients are are allowed a 10 minute grace period, however late arrivals past the grace period will result in a cancellation.
No Call No Show (NCNS) Policy
All NCNS will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
Deposit credits must be redeemed within 30 days

Please do not schedule a refill on a lash set that I did not do. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule for a full set.
